Facts of Nick Holland merger emerge

The article about the merger of the Nick Holland Design Group and Queensberry Hunt Levien is misleading (DW 10 February).

We employed Nick Holland after his design group had gone into liquidation. It is important that this should be known as we cannot accept responsibility for the liabilities of the Nick Holland Design Group, which regrettably included a number of designers and consultants.

My partners and I would like to apologise to Design Week for the fact that the liquidation of the Nick Holland Design Group was not mentioned to the magazine.
