Keen founder regains control of his company

Contract furniture company Keen is back under Charles Keen’s ownership and will re-launch with a new collection of furniture in the spring.

Keen says he has re-acquired the rights to the business from Ercol and is in the process of putting together a first collection comprised of ‘high design and volume products’.

The company was originally founded by Keen in 1999. It was acquired by Ercol in 2002, but Keen left the company in January 2005.
