Mueller Kneer has designed interiors for Silka, an Indian restaurant which references the Ayurvedic tradition of holistic healing and eating. Interiors feature a ‘layered landscape’ of Indian rosewood, ebony and makore, with a ‘cloud ceiling’ seemingly hovering above. ‘Two frames, which mark the main areas of activity, are the visual focus,’ says partner Olaf Kneer.
