The menus for The County Hall Restaurant on London’s South Bank, which opened today, are by Howard Richard Graphics. Restaurant interiors are by RPW. Housed in the former Greater London Council building, the restaurant is part of the five-star London Marriott Hotel, which opened earlier this month. The building first opened in 1922 as the London County Council, designed by architect Ralph Knott and also includes The Club at County Hall, the Aquarium and the Travel Inn.

The illustrations for this continental Europe review for 3i were hand drawn by London consultancy Nicework Design & Production. The one-year-old group was briefed to come up with a brochure which would provide a sense of unity between the venture capitalist’s European offices without emphasising their geographical locations. Brightly coloured office block cartoons featuring photographs of office staff appear in the fold-out. The brochure was handed out at a recent 3i conference.
