Enterprise IG rewrites image for Monadnock

US paper company Monadnock is launching a new corporate identity at the beginning of April, designed by Enterprise IG’s New York office.

A landmark mountain in the company’s home state of New Hampshire was the inspiration for Monadnock’s new identity. The image ties the core strands of the business together, including premium graphic arts printing papers, digital imaging media, technical and speciality papers.

Enterprise IG New York managing creative director Helen Keyes says: “Monadnock literally means ‘one that stands alone’, but the group did not have a cohesive identity or symbol. It had a name which was quite difficult to pronounce.

“The mountain and its Native American translation inspired the look and meaning of this new logo,” she says.
