Elmwood has designed a new corporate brochure for venture capitalist 3i, following a three-way paid pitch won before Christmas, last year.
The brochure aims to further 3i’s reputation as a creative group in what is often seen as a staid industry. The client has since appointed Elmwood to develop a similar brochure for its French arm.
Elmwood chairman Jonathan Sands admits that the consultancy had a head start during the pitch in its knowledge of 3i working methods. “We borrowed money from them for our management buy-out in 1989,” he says.
