Free pitch for a ‘Good Design Guide’

When Design Week drops on my desk I turn to the Letters page to follow whatever debate is raging… which has given me an idea.
With all the coverage on free-pitching, design referral services and rosters, we propose the publication of a “Good Design Guide”.
Consultancies will be graded with a system of icons; the number of symbols indicating how willing an agency might be to participate in a free pitch, or design copycat packaging.
Due to work pressure, we’ll be looking for another consultancy to take it on. Will it be a free pitch? Well what do you think?
