Session 1 on 28 October, is How to manage a global identity change: BA case study. BA’s head of design management Chris Holt, Rodney Mylius from Newell and Sorrell and Piers Schmidt explain how they approached the task. Chaired by BBC head of design Tony Key.

Commercial vision and design revolutionary thinking is Session 2 on 28 October. Lynda Relph-Knight chairs a discussion between Design Council chairman John Sorrell and James Dyson on the importance of design in commercial vision.

On 30 October session 16 addresses the subject of Design’s role in corporate change. The issues of whether design can help ease the process of change are debated, with Jim Northover of Lloyd Northover Citigate and Guy McDonnell of Kinsley Lord.
