Interior design products will hang from the rafters of the foodie haunt Borough Market during London Design Festival in the Food With Thought
event. Where is the most incongruous place your work has been displayed?
My choice is the very ornate Salle Empire room at the Hotel de Paris in Monaco. I was invited to talk and exhibit some of my pieces, but there wasn’t enough wall-space among the gold-leaf decoration, marble and murals to hang a Post-it note, let alone any artworks. The only place to put them was up against the floor-to-ceiling mirrors – it was a tricky situation, but I have since developed a great appreciation for plain white walls.
