Four IV has designed a suitably trendy property-letting brochure for a key retail site on London’s New Bond Street. The document’s style is intended to attract a major fashion retailer. Produced for joint agents Jones Lang Wootton and Hatter Laurie, it features large format black and white images ‘like photographs taken on a location recce for a fashion shoot’, says a Four IV spokeswoman.
