Four IV develops ‘admin’ portal

A new Web portal aimed specifically at secretaries and personal assistants has been launched, with brand identity and communications strategy developed by Four IV.

Deskdemon.com, a name jointly developed by the consultancy and its clients, wants to be known as the “champion of admin.”

The service includes information on all aspects of secretarial work, encompassing subjects such as vocational training and legal advice, as well as practical features such as calendar software and a digital diary.

Facilities are Wap-enabled for mobile use. A networking system has also been included in a bid to create a virtual community where users can discuss their problems or share work-related information.

An animated “desk demon” character acts as a guide to the site’s content, giving introductions to services and user help.
