Pitching for work has never been such a crack

Portfolio presentations have always been vital to introducing companies to prospective clients. However, the guidelines for content material seem to have changed recently.

Most design groups have corporate details on themselves, their services and examples of work, but newer consultancies are taking a more laissez-faire attitude in their presentations.

When showing their work recently, interiors group Spacecraft included examples of extra-curricular life in a design group, with images of office antics and party shenanigans. One photograph showed staff members showing their ‘builder’s cracks’ while implementing some work.

‘Getting under a company’s skin’ has never sounded so apt.
