A new pre-season football tournament, The Dublin Super Cup, will launch in July with an identity designed by Magpie Studio. Appointed by tournament sponsor Endemol in January, the studio says it has looked to reference Irish heritage through football-shaped Celtic knotwork in a ’modern way’. The tournament, supported by the Irish FA, will feature Manchester City, Celtic, Inter Milan and an Irish XI – Airtricity XI.
