Redhouse liberates the Prison Service

COMMUNICATIONS specialist Redhouse Lane is producing new documentation for the Prison Service to reflect changes made by the organisation in recent years.

A manual will contain up-to-date information about the service and its policies, in addition to required standards for all prisons and Headquarter Groups, which will form the basis for performance assessment.

Material has also been developed by the consultancy to communicate the Prison Service’s new vision, including its principles, aims and objectives, to both staff and the public.

A Prison Service spokeswoman says: “With all the changes that have occurred within the service and the environment in which it operates, it was felt it was time to revise them to show clearly what kind of organisation we want to be.”
