Swallow flies out of the frying pan to Fitch

In the days before Channel 5’s soft porn evenings, young boys had to find other ways to ‘entertain’ themselves. Many, apparently, spent their Thursday evenings glued to BBC1’s Top of the Pops, where the artistic dancing of the economically-clothed Pan’s People was always guaranteed to raise a smile.

If any of those boys grew up to work at design group Fitch they are undoubtedly blushing at their memories of those days, because former member of the dancing troupe Jose Swallow (pictured in Pan’s People days) has been appointed as its receptionist.

She is apparently already in rehearsals for a Christmas party performance, but it is unclear who will accompany her or what it will entail. As the saying goes, one swallow doesn’t make a summer.
