Technical trouble for on-line exhibition

I have just spent 30 frustrating minutes, over two days, attempting to register for an exhibition over the Web. On the first occasion I had to download an Acrobat file simply to register my name.

The file turned out to be nothing more than an on-screen version of the four-page mailshot I already had.

When I tried to register I was told the server was being up-dated and I couldn’t do it that day.

Today, I went through the same process again and found it was not possible to open the link (no reason given).

In despair, I phoned and was told lots of people had had the same difficulties, but, we can do it over the phone.

The name of the exhibition? Supply and Buy On-line. Say no more.
