The other candidates whose designs were shortlisted were: Alexej Borodin for his Samdi lounge set, Konstantin Mazyrevskiy for the Virsher folding office chair and Alexey Mikhailov for his Alpha+ seating system.
The award and the 100% Design Moscow show are both in their second year. The winning entry was announced on 11 March, and the event was held just off Red Square in Moscow from 10-13 March.
