Limestone floors, gold leaf wall panels and a glamourous sweeping staircase dominate the new Valentino store in London’s Sloane Street, designed by Hosker Moore & Kent. The 438m2 flagship store features the new Valentino blueprint which is being implemented worldwide by the consultancy, described by partner Peter Kent as ‘a harmonious, luxurious experience for every customer’. Extending over three floors, the store provides a ‘very refined, simple background to the clothes’, he adds. HM&K is now working on a new Valentino store in Moscow.
