Handmade ceramics and lamps, embroidered with images inspired by the prints on Hermes silk scarves and arranged as a table setting, comprise an installation by Dutch designer and craftswoman Hella Jongerius at the Design Museum Tank. The exhibition will run for a month from 7 June and is a preview of a full-scale show of her work due to run at London’s Design Museum from March-June next year.
Created by in-house designers, the store aims to have an “immersive” feel to help customers imagine products in their own homes.
