Pyne and Shepherd in collaboration

Architect and exhibition designer Tim Pyne has joined forces with Brian Shepherd, formerly of Enterprise XP, and Marcus Fernandez of Myrtle to form Table, a collaborative consultancy.

The venture is a combination of eight people or groups who will work together, as appropriate, on projects Shepherd brings in. Apart from Pyne, Shepherd and Fernandez, the consultancy consists of Bump, which has created Table’s identity, Nikki Hillier of White Room Associates, casino specialist Paul Davies, restaurateur David Eyre and writer Roger Linley.

‘We’ve conceived a highly collaborative, partially virtual organisation,’ says Shepherd.

Fernandez says the company intends to focus on the experiential side of branding.

‘Brands today need to prove their existence in a more physical, tangible way,’ he says.

The consultancy will operate as an entity, says Pyne, though partners will retain their independence and continue to work on their own projects.

The consultancy is currently in talks with a major supermarket chain and an arts sector client and hopes to announce further projects in early May.
