WALLPAPER manufacturer Country Decor is fighting back against the trend to ignore wallpaper with a new corporate identity created by Leeds consultancy Dare!
The identity repositions the manufacturer which is attempting to get away from its image as a cottage industry and become more fashionable. The new logo uses the shape of Country Decor’s initials to suggest unrolling wallpaper, and a new colour palette.
The new identity will be applied to corporate literature and stationery, product packaging and the Country Decor website.
Wallpaper has fallen from favour with consumers over a period of several years, as fashions have moved towards painted walls.
