Liverpool group Splinter has designed interiors for local restaurant Not Sushi Noodle Bar, which will move to a new site on 2 April.
The group has evolved the existing restaurant’s format, designed by the client, restaurateur Rob Duce, in preparation for an expansion of the chain. Duce is looking to open a second Not Sushi bar in Manchester.
The new-look format (below) will seat 200 and is divided into three sections: a bar area, a lounge, and a restaurant with bamboo flooring and a glass wall through which to view the kitchen.
The corporate colours, described as chilli, noodle and pepper all feature prominently.
