Lawrence will be hot to trot at Birdsong show

Inspired by the racing at Cheltenham last week, we were tickled to learn of a daring exhibition set for the summer at Southwark Park’s Café Gallery in London.

The Birdsong exhibit by Sutapa Biswas is a projected film tableau that imaginatively depicts a horse inside a domestic interior. Designed to address the impossibility of dream and desire, the presence of the beast creates the piece’s dramatic tension. Lawrence, the star of the interior, will be appearing at the private view and signing copies of his work.
