Can we have a tenner’s worth of design please?

You will be delighted to hear that Home Front and Changing Rooms presenter Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen no longer considers himself a decorator and has decided to call himself a designer.

Not only that, he told a newspaper that he is ‘relatively intellectual for a designer’, which implies, well, you work it out.

LLB acknowledges that designers have to be ‘incredibly perceptive’ and is convinced that ‘design is now something you [can] get from B&Q’ – for £9.99, or £16.99 for two, we suppose.

Keep flying the flag, Laz.
