London’s iconic Grosvenor House undergos a facelift
London’s iconic Grosvenor House has undergone a facelift, as part of its rebranding as a JW Marriott hotel. It has been restored to five-star grandeur, with sweeping staircases and twinkling chandeliers. Many of the original features of the historic building, which first opened as a hotel in 1929, have been retained, but with a 21st century twist. Architect Reardon Smith worked closely with interior design teams from Peter Silling and RPW Design, and interiors architect GA Design, on the project.
