Time for a consistent Government image

I feel that anyone in the business of clear communication would agree with Rodney Mylius’s letter, A vote for Government to adopt a single identity (Letters, DW 5 April), and his plea for overall clarity of Government image.

If ever there was a time to try and put forward a single, consistent, authoritative message to the public it must be now.

It would be interesting, however, to audit collectively the rash of departmental brandings to assess their success in wider terms than just corporate identity.
