Vacancies remain at Arthesia

Arthesia West, the UK arm of German group Arthesia, has yet to replace the six members of staff who left the group to start a new consultancy called Blu.

Co-founder and head of Arthesia Berlin Annetta Schommel said last month that Arthesia would recruit five designers who would be “more focused on concept development, not design development” (DW 30 July).

But Schommel, who hopes to get a mixture of staff from the UK and Europe, says appointments have still not been made.

“We are in negotiation, but in no hurry to appoint people. We are going to wait to find the right staff,” she says.
