GreenNet conserves with C21

The Conservation Foundation is launching Newsnet-21, a revamped website providing information on environmental issues around the world.

GreenNet created the site, and environmental communications group C21 designed the site’s logo and promotional postcards. C21 is a division of design group Edit.

“The site is designed for busy professionals who want to get to the information they need quickly. It has been laid out clearly so it is easy to navigate,” says GreenNet Web designer Adrian Harris.

C21 media specialist Adam Garfunkel adds: “The logo is intended to convey the essence of the service. The Internet is a global media and we are trying to direct people to the relevant service, linking them to it with a cable.”

The logo is black and white to make it flexible for print, digital and rubber-stamp applications, says Garfunkel.

The site goes live on Sunday.
