Ideas Factory scoops two property awards

The Ideas Factory has scooped two awards and a commendation at this year’s Property Marketing & Design Awards, announced this week.

The Ideas Factory has scooped two awards and a commendation at this year’s Property Marketing & Design Awards, announced this week.

The group won the Olives Property award for best property and the Country Life award for best residential brochure, both for client Spaniards Field. It also won a commendation in the Winchmore Press best printed brochure award for Rhondda Cynon Taff.

Meanwhile, advertising agencies Lowe Bell Marketing & Events and Bates Dorland won the Chartered Surveyors award for the best of all category winners – for its promotional work for the London Docklands Development Corporation.

Other winners from the record 440 entries were Jaques Russell for the Manhattan Loft Corporation (pictured), Kugel, Four IV Design Consultants, Ampersand, GDO, Derek Forsyth Associates, FM Design, Sector Light Design and Hill Meyer Allen.
