Minale says convenience will be the key to the success of the consultancy’s latest project, which involves mini retail parks with a pharmacy, and off-licence centred around a petrol station.

According to Minale, this will allow customers to jump in their cars “get two bottles of scotch, three bottles of valium, and you’re set up for the weekend”.
