Our client, Servite Houses was delighted to see its 2002 annual report appear in the feature Graphic Accounts (DW 12 June).

However Jim Davies’ praise for the ‘accessible and positive tone’ of the Servite copy is wrongly directed to this year’s report.

Tom Lynham was involved in the 2001 annual report and did help establish this tone, but the copy for the 2002 report was written by Servite Houses communications officer Una Buckley.
