Madame Tussaud’s has shortlisted four consultancies to develop a new logo. Details of the pitch are under wraps.
Seven years ago the waxworks museum unveiled a new corporate identity designed by Signal Communications, which won the job after a three-way unpaid pitch (DW 31 May 1991).
Helen Mason, customer services and marketing projects manager, says: “Madame Tussaud’s has already undergone a rebranding process over the last few years with our advertising agency, J Walter Thompson, and this process has been completed.”
Madame Tussaud’s “will not be requiring further assistance from other design consultancies”, she adds of the current pitch.
