BT’s combined roster ‘inundated’

BT has been inundated with enquiries for its first combined new media and print roster and for a review of its existing design for print roster. The closing date for application is tomorrow.

The new roster will cater for BT’s more integrated communications projects and may include groups currently on its design for print and multimedia rosters.

“We are looking to set up this new category because there is an emerging need for groups which can do both [new media and print]. Only a few groups are good in both areas,” says BT design manager Richard Troughton.

Troughton says the new roster will not affect BT’s existing 12-strong multimedia roster. He says it is too early to give details regarding the roster’s likely length or contents at this stage.

Meanwhile, BT is carrying out a routine two-yearly review of its design for print roster. This could result in a number of changes to the current roster, or none at all, says Troughton.
