Grey Worldwide Group subsidiaries Grey Direct and Grey Integrated have merged, to cater for clients’ increasing demand for consultancies with an integrated communications offer.
The new 205-strong consultancy is named Joshua and went live last week. Its offer includes design and identity, brand consultancy, integrated campaign planning, interactive design, advertising and sales promotion.
Under the deal both groups continue to be owned by Grey Worldwide Group and are divided into business units. These work together in different configurations depending on the nature of the project.
