DBA takes non-members to US

The Design Business Association/Department of Trade and Industry stand at the Las Vegas consumer electronics show Comdex will include three non-DBA member consultancies.

Fears had been raised earlier this year that only DBA members would secure places on the trip, part-funded by the DTI’s North America campaign.

The three non-DBA members are London’s Product First, Rufus Leonard Design Consultants, and Rainford Associates of Shropshire.

The other six groups on the stand are Carter Wong, Elmwood, Frazer Designers, London Associates, PSD Associates and Random Product Design. Carter Wong has created a logo for the stand, and PSD has designed a brochure.
