Peyton in Manchester

Australian designer Marc Newson is creating interiors for Mash and Air, two new restaurants on four floors of a converted mill in Manchester. Graphics are by London’s Mark Farrow Design.

Mash and Air will be opened at the end of this year by Oliver Peyton, who launched London’s Atlantic Bar & Grill and Coast.
