TV identity specialist Lambie-Nairn & Company has received a Queen’s Award for Export Achievement 1995 for its designs for overseas channels.

Between 1991 and 1993 – the period covered by the awards – the group created brand identities for clients that include Showtime in the USA, Tele 5 in Germany (pictured), Femman in Sweden, and TSI in Switzerland.

“The UK is now regarded as a leader in the creation of TV identities and commercials production and this award is a much-appreciated recognition of this,” says consultancy managing director Sarah Davies.

A Queen’s Award for Export Achievement 1995 also went to architect Sir Norman Foster and Partners.
