New York brand consultancy Sterling Group has made two senior promotions. Former Michael Peters Ltd creative director Simon Lince is promoted to senior vice-president, creative director, responsible for overall creative direction. Lince’s former job goes to Janice Pendley, previously design director at the then Newell and Sorrell, and Coley Porter Bell. She becomes vice-president, associate creative director.
