Royal Artillery Museum the main Event

Event Communications has been appointed to design the permanent exhibitions at the new £6m Royal Artillery Museum in East London.

The new venue falls under the auspices of the National Army Museum.

The consultancy has worked previously on the Earth Galleries, part of the Natural History Museum.

Interiors at the new museum will be designed by Austin-Smith Lord, the architectural practice that was responsible for the development of the building. Construction work is currently underway on-site.

The museum is scheduled to open in summer 2001.
