Shared risk schemes benefit everyone involved

Let’s face it – time and materials billing schemes are old hat (DW 20 April). Shared risk schemes benefit both clients and designers.

A company’s commitment in the long term gives designers the space to do what they do best and gives the company greater access to ideas.

Now, if we can only get the model implemented in areas other than furniture.
