Liverpool and Manchester host the ninth International Symposium on Electronic Art. The theme of ISEA98 – revolution – will be explored critically, culturally and politically. The symposium runs from 2 September until 11 October.

Harkess-Ord director Colin Robotham will talk at the next meeting of the Sign Design Society. Harkess-Ord is a sign design and corporate identity implementation consultant which has been focusing on the sign manufacturing industry. The talk takes place on 3 September at 6.30pm.
