Cash prize for small firms

Small and medium-sized businesses could win up to £30,000 in a competition for the best use of e-commerce, launched by minister for e-commerce and small business, Patricia Hewitt.

Total prizes of £130 000 are on offer in the ISI/InterForum E-Commerce Awards, for companies with less than 250 employees.

The event, in its second year, involves regional heats and has an application deadline of 14 April.
