HSE to check design of lethal art installation

The Health and Safety Executive is to investigate ‘all aspects of the design’ of the inflatable art installation Dreamspace, which collapsed in a park in Co Durham at the weekend, killing two people. The HSE has set up a technical team that will work with Durham Police to investigate the ‘design and anchoring arrangements for the structure’, which was created by artist Maurice Agis.
