Safety concerns over Priestman’s prediction

Those still in mourning over England’s World Cup exit on Friday – make that the entire country, then – would have to agree that the last place they would have liked to have been on match-day was… Brazil.

Priestman Goode director Paul Priestman, however, was not so lucky, having decided the best place to see the action was, indeed, Brazil. Prior to his trip on Thursday to visit clients for a face-to-face meeting, Priestman said he hoped Brazil win for his own safety and would be leaving the England shirt behind.

‘I’ll stay in my hotel room all weekend if England win,’ he added. Paul, you can come out now.
