Design Week’s Creative Survey, ranking UK design groups according to the awards they have won, will be published on 25 June.

Those wishing to enter should e-mail or fax a list of awards won in the past year for the attention of Natalie Spencer to design-week@centaur.co.uk or 0171-970 6730 by 5pm on Wednesday 2 June.
