Polish vodka Bols has been given a new bottle, labelling and reworked logo by Siebert Head. It is the consultancy’s first project for Royal Dutch Distillers, which owns the brand.
The redesign, which is rolling out this month, has to work hard on shelf as alcohol advertising is banned in Poland.
Siebert Head was briefed to maintain a heritage feel as well as to appeal to a younger audience. “The Polish vodka market is very traditional and Bols is at the higher end of the domestic market,” says consultancy director of 3D Sean Fortune.
