Legal challenge to Cellnet’s O2

BT has been issued with legal proceedings by the O2 Centre over infringement of trademark.

Property group Burford owns the copyright to the O2 brand, while BT Wireless and Cellnet have been renamed mmO2 and O2. ‘[BT] doesn’t believe the claim is founded,’ says an mmO2 spokesman.
