Proctor’s essential accessories for sleeping rough

Roger Proctor, managing director of Bristol-based Proctor & Stevenson, took his big night out in London to serious extremes on Friday – by sleeping on the street.

He braved the elements to raise £2000 for the National Children’s Home charity, along with 100 other hardy souls. But it wasn’t all nips of whiskey and Kum-ba-yah. Roger has already sketched designs for a self-warming hot-water-bottle, a face de-icer and a sprung-turf roll-mat. Inspiration has never had such a practical application.
