Nowicka Stern to turn Jaks into ‘secret den’

Nowicka Stern has been appointed to design the interiors for late night supper club Jaks off London’s Sloane Square.

The consultancy was up against Rosemount, Denise Lee Associates, and Tyeph Gundry and Christian Ducker (DW 22 August). It is being rewarded with life membership and food and wine at the club worth 250.

“We are treating the club like a secret den,” says Nowicka Stern director Oded Stern-Meiraz. “The upstairs is like a train carriage (pictured) and the downstairs is divided into a ‘single mingle’ area and a seating area with a floating bar,” he adds.
