The global company which will be created through the merger of the Hilton Hotels Corporation and Hilton International will have an identity by Sampson Tyrrell Enterprise.
The group won the project after a four-way pitch. The merger of the chains was announced in January, and will join the brands for the first time in 32 years.
A spokeswoman for the Ladbroke Group which owns Hilton International says: “It is the first time that the Hilton name has been marketed as one brand. Sampson Tyrrell Enterprise will create the global identity.”
Previously the Ladbroke Group has operated the brand outside the US through its Hilton International subsidiary.
